I have a PSD template which needs to be converted into a proper website. I would need the designer to put in place a Content Management System as to my knowledge the template doesn’t have one and also edit the current colours to suit my desired colours… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, PSD to HTML, Website Design)
