I need a software using minimum resources, to be run in a pc with Windows Server. The software must emit an acoustic and/or signal (both configurable) alert when an e-mail or a HTTP/SNMP message is sent from this computer… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: .NET, HTML, PHP)
