Photo re-touching for video 240 frames by mrTimothy

I have 240 frames of video (2048 x 1152) that I need a fishing line edited out of. Pretty easy job. I will then import all the frames back in to editing software to create moving vision. I need them… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Photoshop)
