We have a project that is 90% complete. The iPad app can search a database of keywords, find a royalty free video, stream it, then offer it for sale using in app purchases. We are nearly there but need a developer to do to final bits… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: iPad, iPhone)
