5k Hotmail e-mail Accounts by need2code

I need 5k hotmail accounts. Each 1k need to be forwarded to 1 master account. I do not want accounts like xxx1@hotmail, xxx2@hotmail, xxx3@hotmail, etc They have to be unique e-mail accounts…. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Anything Goes)
