need to add blog to website by tamaralee

I need to add a blog (wordpress)to http://www.bayviewnorth.com/ and it need to look like http://www.bayviewnorth.com/blog.html. the blog need to be on the same server as the website (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: WordPress)
