PHP Class to return stuff from Adwords tool by youruptime

I need a PHP class or function written that will return certain information from Google’s Adwords tool (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal). The input will be a keyphrase and the return should be an XML or array containing information like monthly search volume and average CPC… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP)
