I need a functioning website that is like Zbiddy.com or other penny auction websites. Just a few pages really – basic components with simple placeholder files. Main page with live auction and flash header, another page for more items (longer out auctions) and signup, buy bids, etc… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
