I am looking for a custom logo creator script. It will need to be easily editable and turnkey preferable. I would like to avoid databases if possible. I don’t care if you have an existing script or develop a new one, as long as it fits my criteria… (Budget: fixed $30 USD, Jobs: C Programming, Flash, HTML, HTML5, PHP)
