I need an EA programmed that will query an internet address for a file (ex. http://www.sample.com/sample.csv). After the EA queries the address and finds the file then it will import the data. The file will be a simple and short matrix containing mostly price rates like R1 S1 etc….. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C Programming, C# Programming, C++ Programming, Metatrader)
