I want someone who can create a consumer-to-business website with many of the same user functionalities as Dexknows or YellowPages.com – essentially a database of businesses with basic information and links to sites, maps, user ratings, video capable, etc… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
