Import CSV files for post tag by sma163

i just want to import the CSV to add the post tag only.without add the post. feature. import the CSV,and bulk add the tag to “post tag” in wordpress,and dont need import the post to wordpress (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Data Processing)
