Disable Popup On Exit by nanovation

I’m running an affiliate offer that has an exit pop-up. When you close the page, it automatically launches a pop-up window. I’m hoping someone knows how to keep that pop-up from appearing on exit…. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, PHP)
