cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi and dns redirect by puelogames

Im looking for someone to fix DNS Redirect to my web. and this problems : http://myIp/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi in trial cpanel, you can remove it and install LAMP if you want (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Apache, HTML, Linux, PHP)
