I have a small portal which I need to launch shortly in order to support the monetized part of my site. It is paid for, licensed and encoded with ioncube. There are some small changes which need to be made to it, however the developer does not seem overly keen to answer my emails… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CakePHP, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
