I’m looking for a simple Visual Basic program that I can upload my .CVS file into and scan the UPC of my product and have the program add 1 to the quantity of that product and then I should be able to export only the items (rows) that were updated into a .CVS file… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, Data Entry, Data Processing, Excel, Visual Basic)
