Add Javascript delay to menu on hover – Joomla by sebassch

I’d like to add a delay to my Joomla menu. It is a horizontal menu similar to this: www.voetbalzone.nl. Current situation: When someone hovers a “Main Item” then the “Sub items” will be visible. Demanded situation: The “sub items” should stay visible for like 1second when someone “mouse out”… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, Joomla, PHP)
