Simple php cluster mailer with python control by Jackshaha

I need 2 files made. Both should be pretty simple. The first is the php file. It should use a simple mail() function to send out emails. From/to/subject/body should be included. These fields should allow tokens ({hey|hi|sup} etc..)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Python)
