Concept: Essentially I would like a site where people can post links of videos, photos, stories ect and share them. The links will be posted to a ‘link board’ on the home page, where other users can Vote up or vote down the links… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: HTML, jQuery / Prototype, PHP, Website Design)
