phpBB Forum Spam by oldpulsars

I have an older version phpBB forum and just want the spam to stop. Everything else is fine, just the spam problem. I also have a website with a Guestbook and MarketPlace that has spam problems. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Forum Software, PHP)
