I have a program that uses free proxies to surf the web and goto websites and click links on the pages. The program is acting funny and sometimes clicking the links but sometimes it just skipps the page and moves onto the next page on the list… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, ASP, C Programming, C# Programming, Visual Basic)
