Create Multiple CSS Skins for Email Site by meljaxx

I have a webmail site that different skins can be developed for by modifying a css file. I need someone to make about 20 skins for me.(maybe more if the price is right) Different colors schemes, fonts, etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS)
