I need to develop an SMPP connector to SMS center of a mobile operator to send and receive SMS and DLRs. I have allready made for sending but I do not know how to make for recive SMS. Connetcion must be done with PHP… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
