Hey, I want something pretty simple. After 20 seconds, I want the screen to fade to dark but transparent (something like www.gilt.com) and prompt the user to signup or login. They should not be able navigate the site unless they are logged in after that time… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, Website Design)
