I need to build a custom shopping cart ASAP. It needs to pass XML files to an external application and I need to integrate google checkout, paypal checkout, and authorize.net. It has very limited functionality, so it will not have all the features of oscommerce, magento, etc… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, PHP, Shopping Carts)
