My friend is in a contest that is decided by online votes. It was supposed to be that we could only vote one time per day. We have tried to delete cookies after voting, but this dosen`t work. Most web sites that do this only allow one vote per IP address so I am not sure how we could get around that… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Internet Marketing, Link Building, SEO)
