SImple contact form (flash/php) by kingdom07

I have a simple template that is giving us a devil of a time getting the contact form to work. Need someone to look over .fla and .php files fix it so contact form works and add some field verification… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Flash, PHP)
