I am looking for someone who is very good at design to create some banners (jpeg) (599 x 235 pixels) for me that will go onto a bulk email that I send out . I had someone for a while who was great, but cant get a hold of him now… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Banner Design, Graphic Design)
