Easy VB6 program to add records to a table in Access databas by lthames

I need a small, simple program that allows me to add records to an Access database from VB6. This should be very fast for someone with VB6 and ADO experience. There are 2 tables in the Access database that will be used… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Microsoft Access, Visual Basic)
