I require a content managed site built from PSD layouts supplied. I do not have a preference which platform is used to build the site ie. MODX, Joomla, eZ Publish etc. Which ever is most suitable for the project and allows greatest flexibility for future expansion of the site… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: AJAX, CSS, MySQL, PHP, PSD to HTML)
