Very easy to customize and two versions for everyone: one fully prerendered except the text (so you don´t need any plugins) and for the other one you must have installed Trapcode´s Particular Plugin and Videocopilot´s Optical Flares Plugin.
It´s compatible with After Effects CS5.5 and above.
