Torn Newspaper is a Full HD project for Aftre Effects CS3 and higher versions. No plug-ins are required. You can choose your images/videos to have halftone dots or not with one click, or to be black and white or colored, again with just one click. There 5 color effects, which you turn on and off with one click and control their intensity with one slide. You can also modify the camera shake very easily. You can add textures to all newspaper pieces simultaneously.
