Rock Lights was created using CS5 with a unique wall of 150 lights available for you anytime you need it w/out having to set them up yourself. There is also a shutter streak preset that you can apply to any of your footage.
There are four templates to choose from, each one (as you would expect) fully customizable. There are also pre renders available in case you don’t own Optical Flares from VCP , so it’s not necessary to have any 3rd party plug-ins.
