Remove the file .bbfw in the firmware folder of your iPhone etc.. (The IPSW file must be decompressed with Stuffit for Mac or winrar for windows)

After you have completed entering the firmware folder and delete the file with the extension .bbfw
You are trying to update to a custom firmware from PwnageTool . You always have to go into DFU mode and restore from there.
