Apple just released iOS 7.0.5 download links for select devices.
The update is not installed on the iPhone 4S or iPhone 4. The software is in fact designed to fix some bugs, especially related to the models of the two new smartphones purchased in China.
If you simply want to grab iOS 7.0.5, you can do so via iTunes, or the OTA feature found under the Settings icon on your device’s home screen. If you do happen to download it and notice any noteworthy changes that Apple has neglected to mention, be sure to let us know in the comments below.

While Apple changelog says it’s only available on models sold in China, it looks like 7.0.5 update is also available on models sold in UK/Europe and Asia Pacific. So yes, the fix is for network provisioning on Chinese networks, but the firmware update is available on all 5s and 5c models sold outside U.S.
