SwiftPlate is an open source command line tool from John Sundell allowing you to easily create cross platform Swift framework projects directly from the command line with CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager support, and also simple integration with Github.
Xcode projects created by SwiftPlate support iOS, MacOS, watchOS, and TvOS, and configuration is done by answering prompts.
