Zooming effects are common place in most photo apps and here’s an open source component providing an easy to implement interactive zoom transition called ZoomInteractiveTransition from Denys Telezhkin.
ZoomInteractiveTransition will perform all the calculations automatically zooming in from a view’s minimized location with a smooth animation. There are customizations available, and you can turn on a nice pop back gesture, and plug in your own keyframe animations.
