Previously I mentioned the extensive QuickDialog library providing a nice way for creating table view based forms which has had a few issues with iOS 7.
Here’s a library from Nick Lockwood called FXForms that allows you to create table based forms with a very clean easy to use syntax.
Included with FXForms are a number of built in cell types and formatting options so you can easily create different tableview sections with headers, and options for easily customizing the forms for different types of data such as password fields, multiple choice entries, dates, numbers, emails and more.
