I’ve mentioned a few projects for working with the iOS address book most recently a wrapper library that provides easy loading, filtering and sorting of contacts.
Here’s a library and example app from Arnaud Coomans that allows you to easily populate the Address Book, great if you need some contacts for development utilizing the address book or if you just want a library that allows you to easily add contacts.
With the Populate example app you can place hundreds of generated contacts into the address book (works within the simulator too) and the library makes it easy to add either random or generated contacts.
Here’s an image showing the included example in action:
You can find Populate on Github here.
A handy project if you’re working on an app that utilizes the address book.
