I’ve mentioned some nice UIAlertView controls, most recently a nice alert view component customizable with UIAppearance.
Here’s another very nice open source alert view component from Alexander Jarvis called PXAlertView.
PXAlertView matches the flat and animations look of the iOS 7 UIAlert Views, allows you to create multiple button alert views, and you can have a custom view within your alert views right below the title for total customization.
