I’ve mentioned a number of libraries for making flat user interface elements without iOS 7 such as FlatUIKit and FlatUI.
These libraries could be used to integrate a flat design Pre-iOS 7 and for users who may decide not to upgrade.
Here’s an open source iOS user interface control for creating a flat date picker from Steven Shen that should fit well if you’re using a library such as FlatUIKit.
FlatDatePicker can be used in interface builder, adheres to the UIAppearance protocol, and can be placed within any view.
