Here’s an interesting open source iPhone based tool from Alaric Cole that he developed when seeking an easy way to distribute App promo codes in person called Dispenser.
With dispenser you paste a set of redeem links (like those created with token) into the app, and you’re presented with an easy interface for sharing the promo codes with messaging apps such as iMessages and Mail.
