A couple of weeks ago I mentioned a great resource providing a number of free custom styled iPhone navigation bars and a project demonstrating how to use them.
Here’s another great resource for enhancing your navigation bars called SKNavigationController from Selcuk Kizilkaya. SKNavigationController is an open source component that adds interactive history to UINavigationController.
With SKNAvigationController when the user holds the back button the controller a history view will appear showing the different views contained within the navigation controller stack. The user can remove views from history by sliding them through the top of the view.
Here are a couple of images from the Github page demonstrating the control in action:
You can find SKNavigationController on Github here along with an example project.
A very useful control if you’ve got an app that requires the user to do extensive navigation.
