I’ve mentioned a number of UICollectionView related resources, and the excellent UICollectionView class has eliminated the need for most of the previously mentioned grid controls.
That being said here’s an excellent grid style UI control called MosaicUI from Ezequiel Alejandro Becerra that allows you to easily create a mosaic style grid user interface.
What’s great about this control is it’s ease of use, automatically laying out tiles based on their size, portrait and landscape orientations, and the capability of reading taps on each UI item.
