Simulate A Slow Internet Connection With A Random Successive Animation Expression

This tutorial is based on an expression which lets the user animate the value of an effect randomly and successively. Today we’ll be creating the effect of an image loading with a slow internet connection. By applying this expression to both the Linear Wipe and Mosiac plug-ins, we can create a believable “loading” animation.
