The website gives you a wide range of choice and allows you to enter anything you desire, so you can truly make the wedding site your own. It’s remarkable that this is a free application (there are paid extras if you really want to take your site to the next level, though)!
Steps to creating your page!
Once you’ve signed in, you’ll need to choose the profile pictures for each partner. You can either choose to upload pictures or just use their Facebook profile pictures (Facebook integration is coming in handy again). Step 3 is deciding which URL to use for your page, you can pick either the domain, weduary.com/yourOwnWeddingSiteName. Or you could always pay $15 extra to create a custom domain, keeping your wedding more private from the rest of the world and more unique for your own wedding. Alongside this, you can pick the day, address and time.

The final step is my favourite by a long mile. In step four you pick the theme of your web page, choosing from a variety of different layouts and structures. You can pick from either seven free themes, or four others for $20 each. Basically, the paid versions give you more customisation features. In hindsight, I feel that the free themes are enough, though some couples may be more steered towards the paid versions. This is really just a small cost for something so special which will last forever.
After finishing these easy steps you are now into the real details which complete your entire website. The page brings you to a mosaic of six different options which allow you to add much more information. Most of these features are all self explanatory!

As you can see the whole system is closely linked to Facebook. I really enjoyed this feature as it was much easier to connect with other guests. Even if you don’t have a Facebook account, you could set one up just for using Weduary. That wouldn’t capture most of the magic of Facebook integration, though, since integrating with Facebook makes it much easier to get your site made with your own info. Also, for guests that don’t have Facebook, you only need the website link to access the page, so you won’t have to force the whole wedding party to create an account. That said, odds are most everyone would already have a Facebook account anyhow.
The Mosaic Design for the Extra Features!
The whole system is still in beta, though, so it’s still not at its fullest potential. I feel this application is already great, however, as Weduary go through the development process, there will surely be vast adjustments .
Even now, though, it’s a pretty advanced wedding site creation too. Once the website is fully created, the way guests can utilise it is brilliantly. They have the option to RSVP to the invitations, meaning you can reply immediately without the hassle of sending letters. Another feature is that your guests can “Tell a Story” about the day or the happy couple. I loved this as it made the whole system more special, giving guests and the newlyweds stories to cherish for the rest of their lives!
