Laravel 7.4 become white blank page after running config:cache

As the title said, when i tried to use the artisan config:cache my laravel became white blank page
i already did :
php artisan: clear:cache
php artisan: config:clear
checking all my env 20 times .. nothing change as prev

can someone help me?

tried many thing as clearing the cache, etc
