Book Editing For Printing

The project consists of editing a completed book of approximately 800 pages to prepare for printing. The book consists of:

Table of Contents
Overture
Preface
Introduction
Chapters 1-9
Appendix A-E
Question & Answers

Most of the book is in adobe format and about 20% is in Microsoft Word format which will need to be converted to adobe format. The book should be completely converted to Adobe and paragraph justification is needed. There will be a need to reposition and in some cases replace certain photos located throughout the text. Some of the photos will need to be slightly enhanced (made brighter) for better printing quality. The book is completely written and there are some basic editing changes on pages. There are virtual sticky-tabs which note the changes that need to be done on each page(this has been done for easy page editing). Please provide any questions if needed to bid this job.

Experienced Flex Developer

I am looking for an experienced flex developer to finish work on a flex application that I have, it is quite complex so only experienced flex developers need apply.

You MUST provide links/examples of other flex work you have done, the more complex the better your chances of winning are.

the second version uses ajax/javascript and flex however my version is a full flex interface, I would like to make mine as complex as the second version but keep it totaly flex based as it is now

I have all the source code for my flex version for you to build on so its not like your starting from scratch.
