they must be professional, accurate, impressive and clear.

I do not have the original files, just the PDF. At the moment I think they are very basic and require a more user friendly approach.

If someone can make the pdf where information can be typed directly into in, I would be very impressed.

Main text font weight/style is Chalet London Nineteen Sixty.

If I am happy with this work I will have more jobs.

The forms must have a common theme/ template so they look similar.

Must be native english speakers and understand subject content.

I would like the privacy act to be smaller than what it currently is.

I am currently having it re built and need someone to write creative and professional information for certain sections.

I am looking for between 300-350 words on the following topics:

Property Investment – Why Invest
Buying a Residential Property for Owner Occupied Purposes
Property Finance – The importance of the right type of Home Loan for your property
Commercial Loan Products
Inner City Lending with Banks (i.e. banks only lending up to 80% LVR, property must be 50mtr2 or bigger)

Neesh Property are also launching our personal finance department which will include Personal Loans, Car Loans and Debt Consolidation.

We are looking for a punchy informative/ sales text for each of these three topics so that they can be on individual pages.

Content must be original, however you can find lots of information from websites such as loanmarket.com.au, aussie.com.au, the big banks websites.

Content MUST relate to Australia.

We have attached a brochure from loanmarket which can be used for information but not to be plagerised.

Must be native English with an understanding of subject content.

I would prefer someone who is familiar loading data through a CreLoaded Back End of a Website, or Someone who has worked on the backend of another type of website, loading data. I have a website that all of the data was stripped somehow and the backup was bad. So, the data needs to be re-entered ASAP. This will be an ongoing project for a short while. I need an hourly quote

I need to create a single-sheet flyer to communicate how broadly we distribute real estate listings to different sites on the Internet.

I am not looking for the typical “hierarchy” chart or the worn-out scattering of logos around the paper.

I am thinking of something like a 3-D ribbon that is unwinding with logos lining it. I have collected logos from multiple sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, etc.

The ideas is we have neighborhood sites, which then expand out to local sites, which then expand out to national sites, which then is syndicated to hundreds of different sites.
