Logo Needed Asap

I need a logo created. Logo will mimic the following attached files.
Logo will have 3 words that I will provide in private message once I assign the project for you.

This is a very simple job for the right person with skill and appropriate software, so I will be looking for appropriately priced bids.

I want the Logo in the following sizes and colors and transparent backgrounds:

180×41 Black-Blue-Black (Blue will be color code #3AA3E9)
123×30 All white
93×27. All White

All the above files should be in the following formats –
.psd, .png and .gif and should be on a transparent background.

I need this completed ASAP., so please only bid if you can do this job ASAP.

If work is completed correctly, I will pick you for another job with similar work but with different words.

I need full setup and script installation – you will log on to our server via SSH – Script must be be fully working and tested prior to payment. There is HTTP streaming setting. Http streaming must be fully working.

Also, our logo text will need to be installed in place of the Social Media LOGO. it can be sent to you in text format.
